Daniel is a UK registered architect with both RIBA and ARB, having obtained his professional qualification from the University of Lisbon in 2004. He is also a qualified Retrofit Coordinator.

He has gained a variety of knowledge and expertise in both planning and construction. Having worked on small and large scale residential, commercial and hotel schemes, ranging in project value and complexity, including developments for Countryside Properties, Barratt Homes and Wates Residential.

In the past few years Daniel focused on private domestic architecture, helping homeowners make the most of their property and has successfully obtained planning permission for a number of residential projects across London, Kent and Surrey.
